2. Our services

Ecom Edge provides online education, coaching and community support for people who want to start and grow an Etsy store. We teach the Etsy Multi-Store Method through a coaching programme, video training and a private community. Prospective students may book a free 45-minute “Etsy Launch Call” to explore whether the programme is a fit.

Our services are educational in nature. We provide information, training and guidance. We do not provide legal, financial or tax advice, and nothing in our services should be treated as such.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Your results depend on many factors, including your own effort, skill, dedication and market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result or level of success from our programme. 4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate and truthful information when booking a call or contacting us;
• use the site and programme for lawful purposes only;

Our education may reference third-party platforms such as Etsy. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms, and we are not responsible for their terms, policies, availability or changes. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you use.

7. SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to SMS, your use of our text messaging service is also governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkwave LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or programme.
